The Israel Museum received a donation of 74 works of the late New York photographer Richard Avedon, one of the most portraitists helped define the image of beauty and elegance in the United States during the second half of the twentieth century.
According to EFE reports, among the works that will be exhibited in Jerusalem from next year are the iconic mural "Family of Allen Ginsberg" glamour store in 1970 and the series of 69 photographs from 1976 called "The Family", which were published for the first time in Rolling Stones and each represents an individual in politics, economy and American culture of the time.
