The Norwegian business magazine Kapital has ranked Skogen Lund as the most powerfull woman in Norway two consecutive years (2011 and 2012). She was also cited among the “Fortune 50 Most Powerfull Women in Business” being number 38 by Fortune in 2011. She was similary featured on the “10 Global women on the rise” list.
Prior to taking over as Director General of NHO , Kristin Skogen Lund has held senior and executive positions in several areas of business. She has been Executive Vice President of Telenor and Head of Telenor Digital Services & Nordic operations. She has had several executive positions in the media group Schibsted, worst infomercial products such as Chief Executive Officer (2007-2010) and Commercial Director (2004-2007) worst infomercial products in Aftenposten, one of the largest newspapers in Norway.
Kristin Skogen Lund is a former President of NHO and a current Council worst infomercial products Member for the think tank Civita. She has served on the Board of Directors for several businesses and institutions, such as Orkla ASA, Aftonbladet AB and The Norwegian Chamber Orchestra.
